Caribbean born composer,conductor and pianist, H.  Archibald has had the privilege of receiving his training at The Boston Conservatory. His primary teachers have included Dr. John Adams (composition), Dawn Crabtree (piano), Harriet Lundberg (piano), Dr Peter Cokkinias (conducting), and Masterclass with composer Andy Vores. Incidentally, Andy Vores has praised Mr. Archibald's "natural gift" for rhythm. He has also had secondary training in voice with Sarah Goldstein.
In addition to his composition and performing activities Mr. Archibald has also been an advocate of music education. His journey as an educator started at The Boston Arts Academy where he was an instructor and tutor in piano, theory and composition. He also created a curriculum for advanced seniors taking music theory for preparation into the Berklee College Music Program. As a faculty member at The Royal Academy for performing arts, he founded and conducted The Royal Academy Chamber Orchestra, co-administrated and conducted The Royal Academy Summer Festival For Strings with violinist Anna Manalo. Currently, he is on faculty at The Worcester Music Academy of Music.  In addition to his endeavors as a music educator, he is a church pianist       and also maintains a studio of private students of piano and composition/song   writing. Mr. Archibald a member of ASCAP  and is self published through        Jubal Music & Publishing. Mr. Archibald is available for commissions for all       your professional and student performing needs.
